INDIANAPOLIS, June 27, 2006:  David Catalano of FinanceGeeks has been selected by the American Dental Association (ADA) as a new speaker for the ADA CELL Seminar Series, which is managed by the Center for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning.

Mr. Catalano’s half and full day seminar titled How To Avoid Common Pitfalls in Dental Office and Equipment Financing is now available through ADA’s CELL Seminar Series by calling 1-800-621-8099 x2908.

With over 20 years of experience helping dentists, Mr. Catalano provides dentists with a unique perspective on how to avoid the common financial pitfalls most dentists face relating to practice and personal debt.  Dentistry is capital intensive, so the conference is designed to educate dentists on how to properly structure all of their debt to maximize their cash flow, financial results and the health of their practice.

In his presentation Mr. Catalano helps dentists understand how to establish an overall financial plan and then how to select the right debt based on that plan.  He helps dentists understand the proper use of debt as a tool to grow their practice.   He also helps dentists understand when they should pay it off, how to pay it off and how that ties into taxes, investments and the sale of their practice.  This is a comprehensive approach to debt structure, cash flow, and investment management for dentists.

In the seminar dentists will also learn specific strategies on how to deal with banks and lenders.  They will understand why banks behave the way they do and what to watch out for when dealing with them.

Attendees will leave the seminar with an action plan that will allow them to implement the strategies in their practices.
